These terms cover your use of thesoccerexpert.com and the member dashboard at model.thesoccerexpert.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
1. Information only
The Service provides statistical ratings, picks and opinions about soccer matches for entertainment and information. It is not betting, financial or professional advice. We do not accept bets and are not a bookmaker. Any decision to bet is yours alone, and you are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
2. No guarantees
Picks can and do lose. Past results, including those on our Results page, do not guarantee future results. We are not liable for any losses you incur.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age where you live, if higher) to subscribe.
4. Your account
Keep your password private. A membership is for one person — sharing logins or redistributing picks, ratings or dashboard content is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed without refund.
5. Subscription and billing
The membership is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account; access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Data comes from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
