What we collect
- Account details — your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store the password itself).
- Subscription details — your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Sign-in records — when you sign in, the IP address and browser used, kept to protect your account.
How we use it
Only to run your account: signing you in, checking your membership is active and helping you when you contact support. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and Statcounter's analytics cookie to count visits. No advertising cookies. We also keep our own anonymous page-view count (page, referring site and phone or computer); it stores no IP address, and the anonymous visitor code changes every day.
Third parties
Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Statcounter records anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, browser, approximate location) so we can see how the site is used; it does not receive your account details.
Your choices
You can change your email or password, or delete your account, from My Account. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email support@thesoccerexpert.com.
